Chelsea wanted to keep Sancho, but he was unwilling to accept a lower salary to stay with the team. However, Sancho is reportedly willing to accept a reduced income to join Juventus.
Currently, Sancho earns £300,000 per week at Manchester United, but he is said to be happy with a lower salary of around £180,000 per week at Juventus. Juventus has proposed a salary of £5 million plus add-ons, which works out to approximately £130,000 per week.
It's worth noting that Juventus has not yet met Manchester United's £25 million valuation of Sancho. Despite this, Sancho's willingness to accept a reduced salary may make the transfer more feasible.
