Fredricson and Amass have been given opportunities to play at Old Trafford with the younger-age teams, which has prepared them for playing in big games. Fredricson credits this experience for giving him confidence and a sense of readiness for the big stage.
"The club tries to give us experiences to help us grow and prepare us for the first team," Fredricson said. "It gives us a taste of what big games are like, with the crowds and playing at Old Trafford. This helps me feel more confident and prepared for the big stage."
Amass shares a similar mindset and is eager to add to his experience, which includes being part of the team that came back from behind to beat Lyon in the Europa League Quarter finals.
"It was an incredible experience that I will always remember," Amass said. "It was a thrilling moment when we scored the winning goal. We focused on winning the game, and once we did, we could enjoy the moment."
Amass also emphasized the importance of learning and listening to others, which he believes helps him improve his game.
Fredricson expressed his desire for more first-team opportunities, which may come as the team's manager, Amorim, rotates his players.
"The first team players are at a very high level, and we need to be willing to learn every day to reach their level," Fredricson said. "I've enjoyed my experience so far, and I hope to get more opportunities to play."
