According to Rosicky, his poor lifestyle habits, lack of physical activity, and family history contributed to his health issues. He has acknowledged that he needs to take better care of himself and make changes to his lifestyle. Despite his health problems, Rosicky remains committed to his role at Sparta Prague and will continue to work with the club from home.
The club has expressed its support for Rosicky and is confident that he will make a full recovery. Vice-chairman Frantisek Cupr stated that Rosicky will continue to play an important role in the club's decision-making process, albeit from a consultative position.
The club has also announced that it will evaluate the future structure of its sporting leadership in the coming months. In the meantime, Tomas Sivok has been appointed to ensure stability and continuity.
